2. Our Products
We sell home, kitchen, and lifestyle gadgets through our online store. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, and prices accurately, but slight variations in colour, packaging, or exact specification may occur due to photography, screen settings, or supplier updates.
Some products contain rechargeable batteries or electronic components. Please read and follow the included instructions carefully, including any charging, storage, and disposal guidance, to use the product safely.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) integrated with our Shopify store. We do not store your full payment card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the Site at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer shopping from the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale, unless faulty.
If you cancel in accordance with this section, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless we have sent you the wrong or a faulty item.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at aurellebeautyofficialshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue within a reasonable time of receipt. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Electrical and Battery Products
Where a product contains a rechargeable battery or electronic components, it is supplied in compliance with applicable UK product safety regulations, including UKCA marking requirements where relevant. Batteries and electronic waste must not be disposed of in general household waste and should be recycled through an appropriate WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) collection point.
